OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma City Spark is thrilled to announce that Jayda Coleman and Jocelyn Alo will be returning for the 2025 season! A four-time National Champion from the University of Oklahoma, Coleman was a key player on the 2024 Spark roster, showcasing her talent at centerfield, first base, and even the pitcher's circle. Jocelyn Alo was a two-time National Champion at the University of Oklahoma and 2025 will be her third year on the Spark roster. Coleman and Alo join Kinzie Hansen on the list of returners for the 2025 season.
During the 2024 season, Jayda Coleman had a .308 batting average with 9 RBIs, 3 home runs, and one home run robbery. She had a .426 on base percentage as well as a .590 SLG and 1.016 OPS. Coleman will be featured in the upcoming Outfield Clinic on September 7th, 2024 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Jocelyn Alo appeared in the final games of the season with a .333 batting average, 3 home runs, and 6 RBIs. She had a .600 OBP, 1.333 SLG, and 1.933 OPS. During the final game of the season, she was named Spark Home Run Queen, defeating Tiare Jennings for the crown.
