CLEAR BAG POLICY
Tom Heath Stadium, during the Oklahoma City Spark Season will operate under a clear bag policy for all events.
We strongly encourage you to leave all your bags at home and travel light. If you do travel with a bag, below are the permissible bags allowed into the stadium:

Non-clear bags of 9” (L) x 7” (W) or smaller. This could include clutches, cross bodies, or fanny packs.

Diaper bag and Medical bags

Prohibited bags include but are not limited to:

Any size purse or clutch that is larger than 9″ (L) X 7″ (W) or that is not clear

Briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, and fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction

Coolers
-
Luggage of any kind

Computer bags/cases

Camera bags

The following items are prohibited from entering the Tom Heath Stadium

Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any paraphernalia associated with drug use, INCLUDING vapes and all tobacco products

No bottles, cans, food or beverage containers may be brought into the ballpark except for clear, sealed 16oz (or less) water bottle (1 per person) and items necessary for health reasons and for babies.

Animals that are not deemed to be service animals. Emotional support animals are NOT allowed.

Tripod Cameras; All cameras MUST be handheld

Drones

Fireworks or noisemakers that produce explosive cleanups, Blow microphones or alarming noisemakers such as air horns

Balloons, confetti, glitter

Any object with stick or poles (Flag, signs, selfie stick, etc.)

Signage cannot be larger than 11” x 17” in size. No signs, posters, or messages on any garment with explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization directed toward any person(s).

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All event times are subject to change. Spark Softball, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or duplicated tickets

Retain possession of this ticket until the Game has been played or other Event has occurred. This ticket is good only for this particular Event and no part of the purchase price will be refunded or credited by reason of the failure of Holder to use it for this Event.

Should a Game not be played or completed or should any other Event not occur on the date it was originally scheduled, this ticket will admit Holder on the date or dates on which this Event is rescheduled or resumed, as announced in the sole discretion of the Club. No part of the purchase price will be refunded or credited by reason of the failure of Holder to use this ticket on the date the Event is rescheduled or resumed.

Due to the evolving nature of the global health concerns or other circumstances beyond our control, Spark Softball, LLC may be required to (a) cancel or suspend an Event and not reschedule or resume it, (b) cancel or suspend an Event and reschedule or resume it in a different locale or (c) hold an Event without fans, or with limited fans, in attendance. If a Game or other Event is subject such a suspension that prevents Holder from using this ticket, refunds or credits will be as determined at the discretion of Spark Softball, LLC.

Enter your Username and Password. Your Username is the email address used on your customer profile for your 2023 season ticket purchase. Click Log In.
Click “Having trouble logging in?” if you forgot your password or this is your first time logging into Etix Account Manager.
If you forgot your password, enter your username and click Reset Password. Once you click “Reset Password” you will be sent password reset instructions via email that will include a temporary password. This password will expire in 10 minutes.
If this is your first time logging in, enter your username and click Send Password. Once you click “Send Password” you will be sent instructions via email that will include a temporary password. This password will expire in 10 minutes.

How to View Your Tickets/Get Them on Your Phone

Click My Tickets.

Click Print/View Tickets.
-
Click on the Order ID that you wish to Print/View Tickets from.

Check the box for the tickets you wish to access.

Scroll to the bottom and click SMS.
-
SMS will allow you to enter a mobile number where you would like to receive a text message link with your tickets that you can then view on your mobile device.

Open the link on your phone and you may add your tickets to your Apple Wallet.
-
Android carriers will not have the functionality to store tickets to their Goggle Wallet, but that functionality is coming soon. In the meantime, you may store your tickets as images on your phone.

How to Forward Your Tickets to Your Guests

Click My Tickets.

Click Forward Tickets.
-
Check the tickets to forward.
-
Scroll to the bottom and click Forward.

Enter the ticket recipient’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

Send a personalized message (Optional)
-
Click Continue.
-
Review the ticket selection and recipient information and make any edits if necessary.

Click Forward Ticket.
-
A message will appear after you have finished forwarding the tickets to let you know the tickets have now been transferred.
-
The person receiving the tickets will be notified of the transfer by email along with instructions on how to accept or reject the tickets. You will receive an email notification when the person you forwarded the tickets to accepts or rejects the transfer.

If the tickets are not accepted or rejected in the number of days you have allotted for the offer to last, then your tickets will be replaced back into your account and accessible in My Tickets.
